Dr Rodriguez was amazing. I had an appointment within 15 minutes and he was able to help me with my medication. I had problems with the sound on the video call due to my device but he was able to sort my prescription out with help of the chat function. He was able to explain the differences in maximum dosages between Span and the UK and sorted my prescription so I wouldn’t have to miss or lower my dosage.
All of this was sorted within 30 minutes from my initial contact and I had the prescription sent to me electronically so didn’t have to wait.
Fantastic doctor and a fantastic service. Hopefully I won’t need to use the service again but if I am ever unwell abroad in the future, I would not hesitate to get back in touch. Definitely recommend!
